Distance Learning - Delve Deeper
A distance learning course in Marine Biology
Registration for the 2010 is now closed.
The course is for everyone who shares our respect and fascination for the marine environment. Not just a simple marine animal identification course, this six month program explains the biology and ecology of marine organisms. Five monthly internet based modules cover the coasts of the UK, open oceans, polar seas, tropical coral reefs, creatures of the deep and other topics. The other module is a five day field course from 17 to 21 May 2010.
The cost of the course is £485, and includes:
- all internet-delivered tuition
- use of equipment and resources
- field trips and lunches for the field course
