Calling all buddies

Calling all Budding Marine Scientists 2015

 

Pupils who have the potential in science, engineering or design technology were challenged to compose a two A4 page fact sheet of a species of their choice.

The winning entires gave the amazing opportunity of going out in the University's research vessel to experience how real marine scientists collect their data. Pupils also were involved in carrying out survey and sampling techniques at sea in Autumn 2014.

Pupils can enter their work to one of the following age categories:

Key stage 3
Key stage 4
Key stage 5
