Introduction

Siân is the Project Manager on the TransNEW Sustainable Transport Research project, which is based in the new member states' of the EU. The project aims to assess the transport research capacity and capabilities of the countries of the new member states to build up a database of expertise that can be used to enable the organistions in these countries to participate as partners in future European and National projects.
