Confidentiality

We want Mosaic to be an inclusive network. There are no criteria for joining other than an association with the University, past or present, and agreement with our mission and aims.

You have the right to choose whether or not you want to be open about your sexual orientation in a given context. Upholding this right is an important tenet of the network.

Membership status and associated information is entirely confidential. It is not available to anyone other than the list administrators (currently Adam and James.) We will not make membership information available to anyone, in whole or in part, unless given express permission by the member or members concerned.

Chatham House Rule

Meetings will be held under the Chatham House Rule. This states that:

"participants are free to use the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker(s), nor that of any other participant, may be revealed."

This protects confidentiality and freedom of discussion, without preventing the communication of the contents and outcome of a meeting for the purposes of development or interaction with other organisations.

Please get in touch if you have any concerns over confidentiality.
