Introduction

My main interest is in business outreach and primarily this is achieved by Technology Transfer using KTP projects with companies in the Food and Drink sector. I also supervise industry placements for Agribusiness Management and Summer Placements for Agriculture students as well as assisting with Food and Human Nutrition Industry placements, their main theme is around innovation within new product development projects. I am one of two administrators managing access to and the content within the North East Food and Drink Portal.
