The Centre for Physical Recreation and Sport - Slideshow

We run over 1500 exercise classes a year and have some of the best instructors around. So you can be sure you’ll find something that fits perfectly with your lifestyle. Joining a class can also be a great way to make new friends and feeling part of a group can be a superb way to stay motivated.

You can choose from a number of different exercise classes, each with specific benefits. These include:

  • high energy aerobics - helping you to burn excess calories and improve your fitness
  • mind and body - teaching you how to reduce stress and improve your flexibility
  • dance - teaching you some exciting new moves as well as improving your co-ordination while enjoying listening to music

All classes are held at the University Sports Centre and run throughout the whole year. The number of classes on offer varies from Term to Vacation.
