Aims

  • To introduce the topic of Rail Project Risk Assessment and Value Management;
  • To discuss cost risks schedule risks and investment appraisal with regard to rail infrastructure projects;
  • To learn through case studies and gain better understanding of critical issues during construction of rail infrastructure.
