Open ENLoCC celebrates its 10th Anniversary

The European Network of Logistics Competence Centres

European Network of Logistics Competence Centers

The European Network of Logistics Competence Centres, Open ENLoCC, celebrated its 10th anniversary, in Brussels. Members dealing with freight transport in Europe presented their institutions and the keynote speech was given by Desirée Oen of the European Commission. Open ENLoCC is the only organisation in the field with a comprehensive overview of competence and real ongoing project work, thanks to its member- and project brochures. The content of its quarterly journal “European Review of Regional Logistics” is debated at both government and institutional level, across Europe. Open ENLoCC's Secretary is Martin Brandt of KLOK, Germany and current President is Giuseppe Luppino, of ITL Bologna, Italy.

The main task of the Open ENLoCC network is the international exchange of experience and knowledge between its members, which are regional competence centres in the field of logistics. The members further promote a higher level of cooperation with European institutions.
