Talk Transport!
For researchers and staff members with an interest in transport and logistics

  • 20 January 2012
    1-2pm
    Room G.27, Devonshire Building

The second Seamless and Inclusive Transport monthly gathering will be held on Friday 20 January in Room G.27 in the Devonshire Building and Ross Jackson of NewRail will kick things off by talking about London CAREX (CArgo Rail EXpress), a case study on airfreight to high speed rail modal shift.

There will be regular monthly informal seminars on the last Tuesday of every month (Transport Talk Tuesdays) following on from this second meeting.

The aim of these events is to share and exchange ideas in a completely unrestricted manner, with no pre-determined agenda. Attendees decide the topics!

Transport Talk Tuesdays (or in this case Friday!) are free to attend and lunch will be provided with vegetarian options included.

No need  to register but if you have any other special dietary requirements please contact: sustainability@ncl.ac.uk.
