What size should my poster be?

Our poster display boards are:
- Landscape layout.
- 3ft x 5ft or 1.5 meters wide X 0.9 meters high.
So, bear that in mind while designing your poster.

What are the conference languages?

Following the EUROSLA association policy, EUROSLA 2007 will be a multilingual conference. Presentation in any European language is acceptable. However, abstracts must be written in English.

How's the weather?

The weather in Newcastle during the month of September is on average between 10 and 18 degrees Celsius. Forecast of Newcastle's weather.

Will there be conference proceedings?

A selection of papers presented at Eurosla 2007 will be included in the EUROSLA Yearbook, published in English by John Benjamins Publishing Company.

'Swing Cycle' is a piece of orchestral + choral music by the 'Setting Language  Acquisition Research to Music' project that premieres on the first day of the EuroSLA conference.  The performance is at 7 pm at the Sage Gateshead, in the Northern Rock Foundation Hall on 11 September. 
A limited number of tickets has been set aside for EuroSLA delegates. They are £10 each and can be reserved by emailing martha.young-scholten@newcastle.ac.uk and picked up and paid for in cash at the conference registration desk in the Civic Centre up until 5.30 pm on the 11th.
