Please note that the registration fee includes:

  • Eurosla membership, inclusive of Eurosla Yearbook
  • lunches on 12th, 13th and 14th September
  • teas/coffees
  • drinks reception
  • social programme (ceilidh; piper)
  • travel pass (on local public transport, including to and from the airport)
  • Roundtable sponsored by Language Learning on 11 September (Perceptions on Language Attrition)

After you have registered, payment for the conference can be made by Credit Card or Cheque. Please forward cheques in GBP, made payable to "Newcastle University", to Melanie Kidd at the following address:

CONFERENCE CANCELLATION
Cancellation of registration must be made by email to the following addresses: eurosla17@ncl.ac.uk and melanie.kidd@ncl.ac.uk. If cancellation is done before or on Friday 17th August, the registration fee minus a handling fee of £40 will be refunded after the conference. If cancellation is received after Friday 17th August or if the delegate fails to attend, the entire registration fee has to be paid. Substitutes are accepted at any time providing EuroSLA17 is notified.

ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION
EuroSLA17 does not deal with accommodation cancellations. You will need to contact the hotel directly.
