How to get to the conference/Cómo llegar/Cómo chegar
Although organised by the University of Newcastle, the conference will be held at the University of Northumbria.

From the train station, you can take the metro to Haymarket station
From the airport.
Newcastle airport is about 7 miles north east of the city. The journey by taxi lasts some 15 minutes and costs approximately 12-15 pounds. You can also take the metro direct (the journey lasts about 25 minutes and costs 3 pounds) from the airport to the nearest metro station, Haymarket and from there it is a very short walk on foot. By car
From the north or south, follow the A1 towards Newcastle. Leave the A1 (Western Bypass) at the junction with the A167/A696 and follow signs for the 'City Centre'. Take the A167 exit marked 'Universities and Royal Victoria Infirmary (RVI)' which brings you on to Claremont Road. Follow signs for Northumbria University

Public Transport
Gallowgate coach station is a short walk away from the University and Haymarket bus station is adjacent to the University. The City's Metrro System is also very clean and reliable and you should exit at Haymarket station for the University.
