The Clinical and Translational Group (C and T) brings together clinical researchers and scientists to create an innovative programme of research. The group benefits from infrastructure funding via the Newcastle Cancer Centre, and the Experimental Cancer Medicine Centre programmes. This support provides funding for data managers, specialist research nurses and core laboratory staff to ensure that all of the clinical trials activity of the Centre is accompanied by high-quality translational research.
