From customer acquisition; research; and brand awareness digital marketing is growing at such a rate Microsoft recently forecast that by 2013 the Web will replace TV as the main communication and entertainment medium in the household.
But just how are brands using this medium? With digital evolving faster than any other new marketing medium how do you keep on top of where the smart money is? How can simple digital mediums such as email marketing work for you? Can you use Social Networks to deliver a marketing message?
