This workshop is intended to highlight what it means for an established organisation to be entrepreneurial, and how this can be achieved. The session will be facilitated by experienced practitioners, academics, and a ‘pracademic’ who will all share evidence-based insights on what organisations can do to develop or sustain an entrepreneurial orientation.
The event has three value-adding components:
1) Interacting with experienced consultants and organisational leaders
