A distinguished flagship panel discussion series for our business partners, alumni and students
When we talk about business leaders, usually the same names are mentioned. What are the key traits of a really good leader? Is it all about personality, or can you get there by sheer hard work? Are great leaders the high-profile figures we see, or are the true heroes working behind the scenes?
Held three times a year – in spring, summer and autumn – our Leadership Series will help you to develop a powerful vision for your organisation and stimulate the collective energies of your team. Exploring theories as well as practical and attainable strategies surrounding leadership, you’ll learn how to stimulate change, share best practice, inspire excellence and achieve buy-in at all levels. Most importantly, you will learn how to foster an environment that nurtures and rewards leadership at all levels to create excellence in your organisation.
