The majority of Business School postgraduates are from overseas. Currently we have students from all major continents and around 70 different countries outside the UK. Our staff also reflect a variety of different nationalities providing an international perspective on the programmes we teach, whilst doing so in the context of a British educational experience.
We actively promote diversity within the Business School and our programmes exploit that diversity. Our students form a significant part of a much larger international student body and the University has a range of information designed to help you:

On your arrival at Newcastle University you will be invited to attend an induction conference specifically for international students, which will help prepare you for study in the Business School. In addition, our student social programme has been designed with international students in mind and runs throughout the year, providing opportunities to get to know other students and experience more of what our region has to offer.
