To provide Technical support to Staff and Students. Maintain the IT infrastructure within Newcastle University Business School. To ensure that all AV equipment is in good working order to ensure continuity of service. To assist with the installation and configuration of hardware and software including the building of Campus Desktop computers and LAN configuration and connection.
