My research informs policy and practice in the domain of innovation and enterprise. For organizations seeking to develop, or maintain and entrepreneurial orientation, my research addresses the complex elements of the organizational architecture (e.g., structure, culture, HRM etc.) and how these relate to promoting 'intrapreneurship'. My current research also focuses on factors influencing entrepreneurial decision making and therefore contributes to the formulation of entrepreneurial education and support policies.
I co-teach NBS8029 Business Innovation, a part of the Executive MBA Program, with Prof. Dimov.
