Research
interests
Main
research interests are included in two areas: gender and organisation, and international
human resource management. Work to date has reported on gender identity
construction, and the relationship between organisational culture and human
resource management. Current work is exploring intersectionality in the study
of work and organisations, and the interplay between employment relations,
and migration.
