Malgorzata (Gosia) holds a PhD in Organisation and Management Studies from Copenhagen Business School and an MSc in Business Management & Marketing from the Warsaw University, Poland.
Currently, she shares her time between Teesside and Newcastle Universities. Before coming to the UK in 2010, she was a full time junior lecturer and a PhD researcher at the School of Management, Warsaw University, School of Economics at Växjö University, Sweden and in the Department of Organisation at Copenhagen Business School, Denmark.
She has taught various undergraduate, graduate and MBA courses, in particular organisational behaviour and critical management theories, cross-cultural and international management, change management and a qualitative research methodology.
