Industrial Relevance

As a 'pracademic' all current and future research is focussed on providing industry and commerce with SMART implications, which will add value to their service offering.
As ML for stage 2 Consumer Behaviour and Services Marketing I engaage with several external contacts who provide variety to my lectures by kindly giving up some of their precious time to do guest appearances, making it easier for students to appreciate the practical application of theory we discuss.
Service markets make up over 75% of GDP in developed countries and thus, the Service Marketing module I conceived and run is integral to the N500 BSc Marketing degree as the vast majority of students will graduate and take up positions within service industries.
