Work experience during your degree can help you to demonstrate that you have already achieved a certain level of competence and this means you will be far more likely to get the graduate job you want.

Many of our students are offered a graduate job after a successful placement year, which takes the pressure off searching for a graduate job during the final year of studies.
There is also much evidence to show that a placement can also lead to a higher degree classification. In 2012, 98% of Business School graduates who did a placement achieved either a 1st or 2.1! In fact, 49 % achieved a 1st, and 49% achieved a 2.1!
