The examination is designed to assess both students' breadth of knowledge and understanding of Human Resource Management and critical application of knowledge to specific subject areas.
Semester One Erasmus and Loyola Exchange students may, with the approval of the module leader, submit two 1,500 word essays. These essays are to replace the formal examination requirement.
