How to Apply - Entry 2012

Application for the MB BS programme is free and is now open for the September 2012 intake. Places are limited, but if you already meet the entry requirements or are forecast to meet them by mid-August 2012, then please complete and submit an application form.

It is essential that Section 6 of the application form is completed. You must inform your chosen referee that they will be approached as soon as we receive your completed application. Please ask your referee to provide the full name of the applicant so the application and the reference can be matched up.

Please note:

  • Interviews will take place in Nusajaya, Johor or Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (or in the UK if that is your preference) from  November until  July 2012
  • There is one intake only each year in September
  • Applicants must demonstrate their ability in English. If required, some students may be asked to provide the IELTS English Language qualification, for which a minimum score of 7 overall must be achieved
  • NUMed Malaysia is unable to accept students applying for entry through credit transfer from another medical school
  • You must apply directly to NUMed Malaysia as outlined above, and not through the UCAS system
