Occupational Health provides a management advisory service which aims to:
- Advise managers and HR on the medical aspects of managing illness and absence in the workplace.
- Provide follow-up medical advice on accidents/injuries that may affect fitness to work.
- Assess and advise new or expectant mothers of occupational and lifestyle factors to consider whilst pregnant and when breast-feeding.
- Advise managers on accommodation of individuals with disabilities.
