Cancellations

The cancellations policy applies to modules paid for on a module-at-a-time basis.

If a module booking is subsequently cancelled, provided notice is received (by email is sufficient) up to two weeks before commencement of the module, there will be no cancellation fee.  If the module has been paid for in advance, credit will normally be given in the form of a booking for a future module of the applicants’ choice. 

If a booking is cancelled within two weeks of the start of a module, a cancellation fee will be chargeable.  This will normally be 20% of the module fee, currently £360, and can only be waived at the discretion of the Director of the IGDS.

Cancellation charges do not apply to delegates who have paid for the MSc/Diploma on a lumpsum basis.

Irrespective of the basis of payment, the University reserves the right to cancel any module on the grounds of viability for which any fees paid in advance will be refunded in full.
