Registration is a separate process from the booking of a place on a module.
Every delegate must be registered for either the MSc or Diploma in Process Automation or lese under IGDS modules. Registration is initiated by submitting the registration form and, subject to ongoing renewal, is a once-off process.
Any delegate may book a place on any module by submitting the booking form, or by emailing the Director of the IGDS.
For new delegates, module bookings are not definite and the module cannot be taken until a registration form has been submitted and acceptance confirmed.
The take up of places on modules varies: some are more popular
than others and delegates are advised to book early to
Applications are accepted on a first-come first-served basis.
Modules normally take place in the week that is closest to the middle of the month (see the Calendar). Note that, if assessment is required, the exam will normally take place on the Friday closest to the end of the month that is 2.5 months after the end of the module (again, see the calendar). For example, a module in the middle of April will be examined at the end of June. Delegates are strongly recommended when booking modules to plan around their work, family and holiday commitments at the time of the exam.
Enquiries about bookings or registration for the MSc/Diploma should be made to the Director of the IGDS, preferably by email, but if you need to discuss your application then please ring:
