Change of Basis

Most delegates start off by paying on a module-at-a-time basis and switch to paying on a lump-sum basis after they have done 2 or 3 modules. The remaining discount available is on a sliding scale, reducing according to the number of modules already taken (up to a maximum of 8).

For the MSc, the balance due is calculated using the following formula:

where 'b' is the balance due, 'n' is the number of modules already paid for, and 'c' is the current cost per module.
