IChemE Bursaries
The Process Management and Control Subject Group (PMCSG) of the IChemE has agreed to provide funding for a bursary to support one delegate per year to do one module of the MSc/Diploma in Process Automation. At current prices, the value of the bursary is £1,800.
Criteria for applying:
Applicants must normally:
- be employed in the UK chemical/process industry whether that be by a supplier, contractor or end user, and have the support of their employer.
- have a job function concerned with process automation, either in the design and development of control and related systems, in their application, or in the management and control thereof.
- satisfy the academic criteria for registration for the MSc/Diploma in Process Automation.
- not already be registered for the MSc/Diploma in Process Automation.
How to apply
Applicants should submit to the Director of the IGDS the following:
- completed registration form (see Bookings menu)
- a current Curriculum Vitae.
- a letter outlining reasons for applying for the bursary, intentions regarding the MSc/Diploma, and level of support available from their employer.
