Feedback
Feedback about the Scheme, both positive and negative, whether it be about the content of the modules, the quality of delegates’ experience, the administrative arrangements, or whatever, is always welcome. Sometimes it is only by receiving constructive feedback that faults and failures can be identified and improvements made.
The principal formal channel through which feedback can be provided is the end of module questionnaires which feeds directly into the Scheme’s quality procedures.
There are various informal channels for providing feedback, which include contact with:
- the Director of the IGDS,
- the Head of School.
- any of the industrial members of the LMC: this is clearly more viable for delegates who are sponsored by one of the PACT member companies,
- any of the lecturers involved in module delivery.
In the event of feedback being of the nature of a complaint, this should be made in writing and addressed to either the Head of CEAM and/or the Chair of the LMC, care of the Director of the IGDS.
