Delegates should make/confirm their own arrangements with the hotel
directly regarding which nights they wish to stay, time of arrival,
etc. It is important, at the time of booking, to make sure that the
hotel understands that the PACT rates apply.

with the Caledonian. The cost of hotel accommodation is not covered
by the module fees.
