This multidisciplinary programme enables science and engineering graduates to develop an advanced knowledge and understanding of one or more areas of environmental science through a combination of formal teaching and individual research.
The programme can be tailored to match the interests of individual students. Successful completion will enable you to engage in research and/or teaching in higher education, or to pursue a successful career at a senior professional level, in other areas.
In this four year programme you will combine advanced research in a topic of your choice with a flexible training programme delivered through taught modules.
You will also receive training in the use of specialist equipment, research methodologies, teaching and research.
Research supervision is available in a wide range of disciplines.
