This MA is a good preparation for graduates who wish to develop a career with a European dimension.
The focus is on contemporary developments in the European Union in terms of its politics, law and policies. You take compulsory modules, optional modules, and complete a dissertation.
Teaching is seminar based and most modules are assessed by a 4,000-word research paper on a topic chosen by the student in consultation with the module leader. Students complete a 12,000-word dissertation during the summer.
