This new programme is aimed at graduates with a background in history and related disciplines, and provides an excellent opportunity to study for an advanced level degree in history across a variety of cultures and time periods.
The programme is ideal if you would like to take an MA in History without narrowing your research interests, whilst maintaining a broader chronological and/or geographical focus for your studies.
Throughout the MA you will have the opportunity to gain the knowledge base and skills required for a variety of postgraduate careers. The programme is also excellent preparation for a higher level research degree (eg a PhD).
The programme is delivered through a combination of seminars, lectures, individual tutorials and small-group teaching.
