Newcastle Airport Collection Service
On selected dates in September and January, we have a team at Newcastle Airport to welcome you. As well as answering your questions, they will direct you to our free bus service from the airport to your accommodation. If you are travelling when this service is unavailable, getting to the University from Newcastle Airport is easy.

Smart Card
When you arrive at Newcastle, you will collect a University smart card. This is your student ID card, library card and also enables you to access the University computing facilities to get in touch with family and friends and for academic and study purposes.
