Student Societies and Sport at Newcastle University
We have over 150 student societies and over 60 sports clubs where you can meet like-minded people and gain valuable new skills
The International Students Society is one of our biggest student societies and it organises a range of social events and trips throughout the year.
Other societies such as the Fell-walking Society are very popular as they regularly organise trips to some of the most scenic places in Britain including the Lake District and Scotland.
