Core modules

All candidates will take the following:

• PSY8034 Professional Issues in Clinical and Health Psychology
• PSY8035 Research Methods in Clinical and Health Psychology
• PSY8036 Clinical and Health Psychology: Cultural and Historical issues
• PSY8037 Dissertation

All candidates shall select one of the following options:

Option A

Candidates shall take the following compulsory module:

• PSY8038 Health Psychology and Principles of Behaviour Change

Option A candidates shall take three of the following optional modules:

• PSY8039 Physical Activity and Health
• PSY8040 Research Apprenticeship
• PSY8041 Psychopathology and Pharmacology
• PSY8043 Fundamental Principles of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (e-learning)
• PSY8044 Disorders of Development: A Psychological Perspective

Option B

Candidates shall take the following two compulsory modules:

• PSY8039 Physical Activity and Health
• PSY8042 Fundamental Principles of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (e-learning)

Option B candidates shall take two of the following optional modules:

• PSY8040 Research Apprenticeship
• PSY8041 Psychopathology and Pharmacology
• PSY8044 Disorders of Development: A Psychological Perspective
