“Geordie” is a nickname for someone from the Tyneside area of the North-East of England, but also is used to describe the accent they speak with, and also the local dialect of the North-East of England.
Geordies are some of the friendliest people you’ll meet, wherever you go in Newcastle you’ll often be greeted with “alreet pet”...
