Programme Structure, Content and Methods
The programme follows closely the national syllabus (Low Intensity Curriculum ) and the national training materials (IAPT/Nhs _teaching-manual-18july.pdf). These documents outline course structure, content, as well as teaching and assessment strategies.
There is a national accreditation system for the IAPT Low Intensity Workers. Newcastle received its full accreditation in 2010.
