As an undergraduate I worked as a research assistant on the GAIN study exploring mother sensitivity in the role of premature infants' development.
For the last 4 years, prior to starting here at Newcastle, have worked as an Academic Assistant teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate level.

My research is in the field of Sensory Integration, with specific focus on tactile modulation dysfunction and its implication on exploration in development.
Currently exploring tactile texture preferences and aversions across development, comparing typically developing individuals with ADHD and ASD samples.
