The Educational Development and e-Learning team supports curriculum and e-learning enhancement and development through workshops, one-to-one support, projects, mentoring and strategic advice including: assessment; e-learning piloting and implementation; qualitative and quantitative evaluation; mentoring support for internal teaching fellows and innovation fund holders; annual Teaching and Learning events.
The Standards and Student Opinion team supports and advises on University Teaching & Learning Committee (UTLC); QAA Code of Practice; Institutional Audit; Quality and Standards Handbook; and Faculty-level administration for INTO Newcastle University programmes. The team manages institutional-level student surveys and dissemination of findings; Student Opinion Steering Group; and Quality and Standards Sub-Committee. It also covers University-level programme approval; MOFS module database; module approval process; module/programme data on Campus; collaborative provision; Qualifications & Credit Framework; Graduate Skills Framework.
