Heritage Matters

About

Heritage Matters is a series of edited and single-authored books. They address the whole range of issues that confront the cultural heritage sector as we face the global challenges of the 21st century.

The series is a major collaboration between the International Centre for Cultural and Heritage Studies and the publisher, Boydell & Brewer.

The series looks at issues facing the cultural sector as part of an integrated whole. This includes both cultural and natural agendas. It encompasses challenges faced by all types of museums, art galleries, heritage sites and the organisations and individuals that work with, and are affected by, them.

See our most recent publications, and find out what past volumes we've had published.

To purchase any of the books, please go to the Boydell & Brewer website.

Future volumes

We welcome ideas and suggestions for edited or single author volumes from professionals and academics within the broad field of heritage. Contact the series administrator, Catherine Dauncey, at catherine.dauncey@newcastle.ac.uk
