Newcastle University at The Royal Highland Show

Academic staff and current students will be showcasing exciting developments and news from the University's Agriculture degrees and research.

Celebrating its 177th year, The Royal Highland Show is one of Scotland's most iconic events, showcasing the very best of farming food and rural life. A great day out for everyone of all ages, get up close to the country's top quality livestock, taste exceptional food & drink and experience rural living at its most vibrant.

Exhibiting from our Agricultural show trailer, there will be a reception at 3pm on 22 June for all alumni and other stakeholders will be very welcome to drop in and join us for refreshments.

We arrive at the show celebrating 125 years of Agriculture research and teaching, and hot on the back of our Agriculture degrees being ranked second in the UK by the Complete University Guide 2018.

It is exciting times for Newcastle University Agriculture with a wide range of initiatives, investments and successes to share.
