The Singapore Institute of Technology
The Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT) was established by the Singaporean Ministry of Education in 2009 to provide upgrading opportunities primarily for Singaporean polytechnic graduates. SIT focuses on partnering reputable overseas universities to offer quality industry-focused degree programmes targeted at growth sectors of the economy.
SIT will work closely with its overseas university partners and the local polytechnics at the second- and third-year levels to meet these graduates’ preference for applied learning and to maintain the same standard as in the overseas universities’ home countries.
