Background

Faculty Estates Co-ordinator, SAgE Faculty Office

Provides advice and support to the Faculty Pro-Vice Chancellor and Senior Faculty Managers in implementing the Faculty's estate plan in order to achieve the Faculty's strategic aims in all areas of its operation.

Responsible for:

  • Advising on the development, delivery and implementation of estates strategies as part of the Science and Engineering Excellence project, providing specific support to the Dean of Strategic Projects
  • The development of the Faculty strategic estate plan and capital programme
  • Co-ordination of capital and improvement works in the Faculty
  • Space utilisation across the Faculty including the management of the Estates Management Statistical information
  • Co-ordination between the Estate Planning Team, FMS and HASS Faculties in estate planning in line with the University's vision

 Qualifications:

  • Certificate in First Line Management accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (2014)
  • Northumbria University, BA Hons Business Administration (2002)
