Research Interests

My research interests focus on pedagogic research. Some of the issues I have looked into are: autonomous and active learning, importance of self and peer-assessment, strategies to develop oral skills, the design of simulations and their benefits as problem-based communicative activities.

Current Projects

1. Design of Teaching Material: developing speaking skills through simulations.

2. Pedagogic Research: the adquisition of vocabulary through a collaborative class-project in a beginners course.
