There are many reasons to study Modern Languages at Newcastle, among them the wide range of undergraduate degree programmes:
All of these degrees are called "Single Honours" - these are degrees that concentrate on Modern Languages, even if you are doing two or three languages, or translation, interpreting, business or linguistics. If you want to study a language alongside another subject that is not part of Modern Languages you can also do that, as part of a Combined Honours
degree. This is Newcastle's flexible degree programme that allows you to study two or three subjects together, with one or two languages being among the subjects.
