Aerobics: If you want the latest aerobics moves and current dance tracks then this class is for you. High impact moves are optional but expect to work hard (and have fun!) as you concentrate on cardiovascular fitness. All sessions include abdominal exercises and some muscle conditioning.
Aerotone: A great mix of aerobics and body conditioning for a complete cardiovascular and muscle toning workout.
Body Conditioning: This class is suitable for people of all levels and abilities. It is a challenging workout designed to improve your CV fitness and body shape by using a variety of equipment and circuit training followed by an intense abs session.
Boxersize: An exercise class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. It combines use of both aerobic and anaerobic energy systems and enhances hand-eye co-ordination, balance and timing. Typical classes may involve shadow-boxing, skipping, hitting pads, hitting punchbags, press-ups, shuttle-runs and sit-ups.
Kettlebells: Kettlebells look like shot puts with handles. They offer unparalleled levels of physical conditioning and are becoming the choice for many celebrities due to their fast results. Your body moves in 3 dimensions like nature intended. This class tones every muscle getting RESISTANCE plus CORE plus CARDIO and you’ll burn just as many calories as going for a run.
Metabolic Conditioning: A fusion of anaerobic STRENGTH and aerobic CARDIO exercise performed under a set work period (45-60 secs) and rest period (10-20 secs) in a circuit. This causes not only a direct calorie burn during the workout but also a large post-workout after burn for up to 48 hours after your class. Thus increasing your metabolism and revving up your ability to burn fat
Pilates: A series of controlled movements that engage the mind & body in developing strong flexible muscles without adding bulk. Emphasis is placed on developing deep torso strength and flexibility to ensure proper posture and reduce risk of injury. A cross between Tai Chi & Yoga.
Power Yoga: Based on the principles and practice of Ashtanga yoga, power yoga is a total body workout combining strength, flexibility, balance, relaxation, and awareness.
Spin/Bells: 20 minutes of spinning to get your cardio fix. Followed by 20 minutes of intense kettlebell training to work your whole body, increasing and prolonging the calorie burn.
Spin Cycling: Give your heart, lungs and major muscle groups a workout with this energetic cycling class. You set the resistance and speed to suit you; so the workout is suitable for all levels. Some classes may include some additional floor work emphasising the abdominals and back muscles that are essential for core strength and posture.
Super Toning: This is the class to burn calories, improve tone, have fun and continually develop your fitness levels with a whole body workout.
Total Tabata: A full body workout which focuses on increasing fat burning potential using high intensity interval training in 20 second bursts. Finished off with abdominal circuits.
Ultimate Fitness: A tough & hard working early morning workout combining cardio and resistance for the ultimate calorie burn. A great workout to start your day.

Yoga - mixed-ability class -Thursday Mornings: This morning practice is based on Hatha yoga and will help build strength, tone and improve flexibility. The class incorporates strong posture work and sequences with breathing techniques.
