Term 3 Exercise Classes 2012/13

Monday 15 April - Friday 14 June 2013

Please Note:

1. Tuesday's Hula Hoop class will commence on Tuesday 7 May.

2. Tuesday's Zumba class will commence on Tuesday 14 May.

3. There will be no Spin Bells class on Friday 14 June.

Due to Exams in the Multi-Purpose rooms the following class changes will be made from 17 May onwards:-

1. Friday's Power Yoga will move to 4pm - 5pm in the Studio from 17 May onwards.

2. Sunday's Abs Blast will move to the Studio from 19 May onwards.

3. Monday's Pilates will move to 4pm - 5pm in the Studio from 20 May onwards.

4. Tuesday's Abs Blast will move to the Studio from 21 May onwards.

5. Tuesday's Pump & Tone will move to the Studio from 21 May onwards.

6. Wednesday's Yogalates will move to 12.45pm - 1.45pm in the Studio from 22 May onwards.

7. Thursday's Hi-Lo Aerobics will move the Studio from 23 May onwards.

8. Friday's Cardio Combat will move to the Studio from 17 May onwards.

  A mixture of aerobic and toning, helping to improve cardiovascular fitness and muscle tone
  Spinning Classes can be a great way to get a vigourous cardiovascular workout.
  Exercise to improve posture and tone, increasing flexibility and strentgh whilst revitalising the body and mind.
  Energetic and calorie burning dance classes, designed to increase rhythmic and co-ordination skills, using body energising movements.
  High energy exercise to music to burn calories, improve muscular tone and boost cardiovascular fitness.
  Squash coaching sessions from beginners to improvers.
  • Classes are FREE to Gold Members and £2 per class to Silver Members.
  • Classes can be booked online up to two weeks in advance or during opening hours in person at the Sports Centre Reception or via the telephone - 0191 222 7225.

PLEASE NOTE: Members who book a class and fail to show up or withdraw from a class without giving 3 hours notice will be liable to a £2 late cancellation fee or £2 non-attendance fee. Their membership will be suspended until this fee is paid.
